Know any Chris Rock or Jerry Seinfeld wannabes? Well, here's their chance to make us laugh and win a 2008 Ford Focus. It's Ford's SYNC Your Life Contest. All these characters have to do is create a video demonstrating how they would voice-activate something in their lives. Humor counts big time. Bodily harm does not. The winning entry will even be shown in an online ad for SYNC. Pretty cool. Unfortunately, Team Detroit employees cannot participate, but it's wide open to friends and family. Spread the word. It's time to get funny. Potential contest applicants can enter at www.jumpcut.com/syncyourlife.
Contestants will upload a video illustrating how they would “SYNC their life.” The grand prize winner will receive a fully-loaded 2008 Ford Focus SES equipped with SYNC and their video will also be used in an online advertisement. First prize (5 winners) will receive a Sony DVD high-definition handycam camcorder. Second prize (5 winners) will receive an Xbox 360 Arcade. Third prize (5 winners) will receive a $100 AMEX gift card.
Winners of the contest will be announced Summer 2008.
